The client forgets the password. Why?

Every time my IP changes, the client forgets the password, even if remember me is checked on the login page. That's no news, it always happened before, but I never cared because the browser's password manager could handle it. Now there is no browser, only the client, and I have to enter the password manually all the time. It's really annoying.

;)

Yes.

Seriously though, eagerly awaiting the updated solution. Although initially felt better, the client somehow now feels sluggish over time as well as bad memory leaks during long use.

The client is still flash, so all of its disadvantages are kept...

Yeah, I thought so. It works exactly the same way. I still don't understand why should it forget the saved password when you log in from a different network.

Indeed. Minor performance increase outside of browser is noticeable on graphic transition/animations.

EDIT: Also we cannot readily access the encyclopedia anymore without an alternate method of utilizing flash.

Curious about the roots of what was said about flash in new client, I went analyzing the code of that client. Outcome is weird :(
Actually developers did crack the original Flash Player and incorporated all useful into this client. So, no surprise if behavior is identical about bad memory leak along its use.
On top, I saw several Trojan flaw that make questionable security of our own computer while using this client !
Conclusion for myself is crystal clear: Never I'll run this client on a computer mine.
Regarding encyclopedia, yes, at least artefacts and heroes information is not accessible anymore due to using Flash Player

This client is even more annoying than I'd have thought. After some time it just stopped working. It said loading, and then didn't move. I looked in the AppData directory to see if something can be done. And I saw a lot (seriously, about 50 or so) directories named like "MyLands-us-5B789D86-FE92-2EF2-E5E0-8AB849CD89EA". It looks like a GUID in the directory name. I deleted these directories, and miraculously, the client worked fine again. But now as I see, MyLands-us-<GUID> directories started to appear again. It seems a new one is created when I start the client. Weird.

Very much needs optimization, lots of memory leaks still exist. Game will crash after several hours.
