i found two lakes in my territory, and i was suprised when i saw that both were occupied by same player,

i am pretty sure that this player is exploiting the lake quest

Same pattern that was Facevalue using, borman, tankels, tiger etc. now inasgull and company. and from administration - silence

Remove this quest and stop this topic again and again.
