Unfortunately, once you lvl your main building of your first city to level 5, you become "too experienced" for an official mentor. Of course that's just a game tag, anyone can still provide mentor help and knowledge as the title suggests. Once you become a Suzerain rank 5 stars, you will automatically complete the "Find a Mentor" quest you have.
